XP Pro Upgrade

I upgrade from Home to Professional Edition, using the retail upgrade
installation disks. Everything is fine, except I still have the XP
Home-style shutdown screen, not the dialog box usually appearing in XP Pro.
How can I change this?

Is SP3 installed and is the machine fully-patched at Windows Update?

What XP Pro-style shutdown screen/options were you expecting? Are you
running as the Administrator?
