XP Pro & password

Hello, I have an XP Pro computer that was not networked. I
need to access it to transfer data to users new
(networked) computer. I log onto the computer with
username and password and I get message that his passord
has expired and that he needs o change it. Then it tells
him that he does not have permissions to change password.
I cannot log in as administrator ( do not know password).
Any ideas how I can get into this computer? Thanks in
advance.
