xp pro hangs after login with domain

Once l have logged in the computer hangs for about 1-5
minutes then continues this happens on all the computer
that are XP pro on the domain and they are all new 3.05 G
P4 with 1G of Ram and 80G hard drive Dells. With a SBS
2003 std server also new and a dell.
