xp pro-automatically switch between wired and wireless on ibm lapt

How do I set up my IBM laptop to automatically use my wired network when
connected to the docking station and to switch to wireless when not connected
to docking station?
Currently, when connected to docking station laptop tries to connect to both
wired and wireless network. When not connected to docking station, laptop is
aware it is not connected to wired network and connects to wireless OK.
