Xp Pro and Fast User switching

This feature is disable, how do I enable the fast user switching? It's
greyed out in the control panel, user accounts , change the way user logs
on.
The service is also enable.

Got it. Off line files were enabled, I have disable it and enabled fast user
switching from control panel, user accounts , change the way user logs and
check off the fast user switching.

start > settings > control panel > user accounts
browse through user accounts
after that you wwill be presented with list of users present in the system
look at extreme left. change how users log off.
click on it a) Welcome screen & b) fast user switching
now finally no needly ness of winxpsp2 prsent or not . it was predefined by
ms(in-bulit).

You can't use FUS if you also have 'Offline Files' in use, so you would
have to disable that (it will have been activated if you set up a LAN or
ICS access). Also to change things like this you will need to be logged
in on an account with Admin status
