Everytime I start up windows I receive this error message: "This app requires
Windows XP or greater to operate. Please visit www.microsoft.com/windowsxp
for upgrade details. I go to this page and can not find anything about it. Is
anybody else having this problem or have a solution to this problem??

Please post this to a group that deals with general Windows problems. This
group is about the .NET Framework. Hint: it would also help if you said
something about the version of Windows you're actually running....

My guess is you installed a version of an application that is only for
Windows XP, you are not running Windows XP, and now that application is
coming up with the error message on startup (presumably the application is
configured to come up at startup). I doubt anybody will be able to tell
you much more based on your description.
