XP/Math Rock/Script error, handler not defined

T

Theresa

I installed Schoolhouse Rock Math Rock on Windows XP
using the compatibility wizard. It is supposed to be
compatible with Windows 3.1/95/98. No errors were
reported.
However, when I run it, I repeatedly get "script error.
Handler not defined" and I'm asked to quit or continue.
If I continue, the same error pops up again.
Any clues?

Hi Theresa
When you were going through the compatibility wizard did you select to use
256 colours or 640x480 resolution? If you didn't I would try going back
through the options (perhaps using the options together), see if that allows
you to progress any further.

In addition to what Mark has said see if the game/application has any
patches available from the game manufacturer.

School House Rock Error Message Resolved?

Theresa,

I know your last posting is a few years old, but out of curiosity were you able to fix your error problem? I've been having the same problem with the same CD-Rom: "script error: Handler not defined"

I tried changing the compatibility settings, which worked for the 1-4th grade math CD, but not luck on the 3rd and 4th grade CD.
