Thanks again for the help here. Downloaded http://www.softpedia.com/get/Securi...n/dirLock.shtml DIRLOCK - Freeware, and found it takes .net framework 1.1, which I have ordered (download on my dial-up was 6+ hours, and crashed after 1 )

BTW: I have XP Home Edition....does this make a difference in trying to locate/access the files??
