XP internet security settings

I have recently purchased and installed xp pro. I have
three children for whom I have set up limited user
accounts. I have broadband internet connection. I am
unable to prevent the limited user accounts from
accessing the internet. I wish to prohibit this
totally. I still wish my administrator account to have
full access. This seems impossible. Any advice?

NB. There are settings in NT and 2000 which enable you to
do this so why not in XP which is supposed to be more
security conscious. Have I therefore purchased a dead
duck? I cannot be alone in needing these fundamental
security requirements surely?

Broadband connection is through ethernet router although
only one machine is connected at the mo.

Well, I think I have a solution. Make all of the limited accounts full
adminstrative accounts. Now, in each, goto Connection (from Internet
Explorer > Tools > Internet Options...) and change the following:
Set 'Never dial a connection'
Delete any dialup accounts
Set on the 'LAN Settings' use a proxy server but leave the settings blank.
This should disable internet access over LAN and modem dialup. Now, after
doing this for each account, change them all back to limited user accounts.

I hope this solves the problem.
