XP install

I'm attempting to install OEM XP Pro. On install it partitions, copies files, appears to install and reboots. It does not reboot off the hard drive but trys to reboot from the CD. It then starts the install process all over again. I'm install on a new MSI 651L mainboard running a 2.4 Celeron and using a WD 40G drive.

Set the boot device to your hard drive in the BIOS. Do this after the final
installation screen and before the system boots into Windows. The copy of
XP you are installing is not tied to another machine by any chance is it?
