How can we convert XP Home Japanese version to the English version? Can I
just install the GIME and/or download the fonts etc. Please advice, thanks

"Convert"? Not happening.

Purchasing an english version of the Operating system and performing a
'clean installation' would get you where you wanted.

You can Add a language or install a MUI but you can't Covert the System to
another Language.
