I'm having trouble logging into my computer. When I turn on the computer a
log on to windows is on the screen asking for user name and password. The
user name is my first name but I don't know what the password is. This
window has never come up before... at least I don't remember seeing it. I've
tried a few things like leaving the password blank... it loads personal
settings and logs-off going back to the "log on to windows". I've also tried
switching the user name to Administrator and leaving the password blank...
all I get is a unable to log you on because of account restriction. Is there
an easy way to log on to windows without having to buy a program??? Can I
just re-install windows XP??? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
