XP home and publishing Expression Web

Can you help with XP home and publishing? I am using MS Expression Web to
publish to GoDaddy.com

Now it will not connect. Are the passwords saved in XP Home Cache? I
created a new ADMIN account and restarted.

Then I went to GoDaddy.com and changed all the passwords. Plus added a new
FTP user. You have any recommendations on how to clear the XP or
Expressions cache?

Passwords are saved by Internet Explorer.
In IE
Tools->Internet Options - General tab
Click Delete in Browsing History section
Select what you need to delete - and do not select what you do not want
deleted.

If you have saved the password for a site, you should still be able to
change it when the logon dialogue appears. (delete the old password, type
in the new). If the logon dialogue does not appear, or the correct password
is rejected then ask GoDaddy for help. The site password is requested and
validated by GoDaddy's servers.
