XP Hanging during "Loading your personal Settings"

I'm on a Windows NT4 domain, scratch load of Windows XP. I
hit the logon prompt, enter my username, password and
domain - the logon proceeds. When it gets to "Loading your
personal settings" it will hang there for about 7 minutes,
then finally log in.

Anyone have any ideas?
