XP & Exchange

I hope I can make this message clear!!)

WinXP - Outlook 2000 - MSExchange server
We'd like to have one user access 2 different Exchange
email accts with out logging out of one profile and into
the other. (She has her regular account "DebraW" - she is
Admin on that acct, plus we've added a catch-all
acct "BCWD" for customer service inquiries from the web.)

I added "BCWD" as a user, configured the acct, took the
Outlook option to "select a profile" but I'm denied access
to the new acct if logged in as "DebraW"

The only way she can get email on each is to log in as
each user - (this was not the case in WIN98)

Is that a way to have her select the acct she wants to
see -OR- to have email for the new acct directed straight
to "DebraW"?

You need to set authentication for the Exchange account that isn't
associated with the current Windows user to "None."

AS suggested, i set this to "None" - still have the same
problem. I then set each acct as a delegate to the other -
still no luck. The acct name appears in the email folder
list, but will not allow itself to open.

Sounds like permissions haven't been set on the mailbox to allow the other
users access.

Does the DebraW account have the correct permissions to open the BCWD
mailbox? if so, add it to the profile in the account settings Advanced tab.
If you also give DebraW Send as permission (from the ESM or ADUC for never
versions), she can reply to mail in the secondary mailbox and it will be
sent from BCWD, not DebraW.
