XP Error message as follows:

NT On-Access Scanner service. has encountered a problem
and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Blah, blah, blah...

Error signature

NT On-Access Scanner service is part of McAfee's AntiVirus. Please contact
them for the best suppport.
