Make sure you have CD-ROM is the 1st boot device in BIOS. Some people have
it as the second - this is OK since floppies are nearly useless and the hard
drive is the third device. Then boot directly off your CD. It is rare that
you would require boot floppies: I can't remember how I did them although I
have created many since NT 4 days.
