XP Emergency Boot Disk

How do you create an Emergency Boot (floppy) Disk for
Windows XP Professional. I didn't create one when
installing and now I can't find any where in xp which
allows you to do so.

You don't really need one. The Windows XP CD-ROM is bootable and has all
the tools on it you should need.

If you have a Windows XP installation CD, it's bootable, and
that's your emergency startup disk.
