XP doesn't know it's own users - help

So here I am trying to edit Local Security Settings to allow a user to
Change System Time, and when I enter Aurafice Customer 4 as the user I
get the message
An object named "Aurafice Customer 4" cannot be found. Check the
selected object types and location for accuracy and ensure that you
typed the object name correctly, or remove this object from the
selection.
I go to the CP and go to Users and sure enough, just as I knew it was,
there's Aurafice Customer 4 next to Admin. Hmmm. What do I do now. XP
won't recognize this as a user, but it is a user, a Win XP user on this
machine, windows XP even says it's a user, but then says it's not...I'm
confused. I just did this on a similar machine next to this one and it
worked fine, recognized the user just fine. Any ideas?

Has that "Aurafice Customer 4" user ever logged in? If not then it
doesn't have a user profile but will still show up in the Users control
panel. User profiles are created on their first login.
