"XP compatible" replacement for MS-6340 mainboard

My Microstar 6340 version 1 (K7TM Pro) mainboard had stopped working.

I use Windows XP and would like to replace just my mainboard without
XP requiring me to re-register.

If I can not locate an old MS-6340 to replace my mainboard with then
is there currently an equivalent MS mainboard I can buy which will
take all the old peripherals?

My main interest is to keep XP happy and not have to load new drivers
and do any reconfiguration.

Thank you.

BTW my system is ... Duron 700 MHz, 384 MB SDRAM memory, Realtek
network card in one PCI slot, no-name graphics card in another PCI
slot, various hard drives and CDreaders via IDE.

Get a new up to date motherboard, then do a repair install. It's not hard to
do.

The KT3 Ultra-2 is a very good board, and it will give you a lot of room to
upgrade your system later.
