XP clip organizer error 0x8007007F

When I try to use the Clip Organizer I keep getting the following message

Clip Organizer cannot complete the operation. The specified procedure could not be found. Error Code 0x8007007F

Can anyone help me??

im getting the exact same error here, ive reinstalled office but still get the same erro
this error seems to of happened in the last couple days, i just discovered it this morning, when doing some assignments, and went to put in some clip art and get this F$@@ error

A lot of the published errors with clip organizer tend to point to MDAC as
the culprit. Try reinstalling MDAC from
http://msdn.microsoft.com/data/downloads/updates/default.aspx#MDACDownloads
to see if that makes any difference.
