XP Clients slow to authenticate after 2000 Server/AD upgrade

I only have a handful of Windows XP Pro clients on my
network. I've recently upgraded my PDC and a few other
servers to Windows 2000 Server and installed Active
Directory on the PDC. Since that time, those XP clients
are taking minutes instead of seconds to log on to the
domain. Help?

Make sure the XP clients are configured to point to the DNS server that
contains the domain records (the 2000 DC most likely).
