xp cannot setup outlook email acct

Outlook install problem

When reinstalling outllook, program will not accept the "New account" tb click.

Reinstalled XP and then I had to reinstall Office 2003.

How are you trying to add the account? Did you create a mail profile? Try
adding the account using the Mail applet in Control Panel.
