is there a way to get another id code to activate. it
says that it has been used too many times, once because he
forgot to activate it, once because he wiped his computer
and now he cant activate it.

You can get a Product key from microsoft. You do need to
have your original CD b\c they will ask you to read every
thing it says on it. 1 800 936 5700 is the number. If it
is saying that its been activated to many times call the
activation center 1 888 571 2048 and talk to them about
