XP activation

I have XP Prof. server one license which was activated, but now my PC got crashed so I had to reinstall it again. Now again when I'm going to reactivate the license its not allowing me to do. Do i need to buy another license or is there any other way to reactivate? Please respond at the earliest

I'm not sure what "XP Prof. Server" is, but assuming its like "Windows XP
Professional", if there is a problem with activation over the internet it
should allow you activate by phone. Use the phone option.
