XP account named administrator W2K to XP

I have a home network (XPpro - 2 PCs and W2K on 1). The W2K machine is accessed and has been used as "Administrator" since day 1(with it's own passord). I can't get access to the XP machines from W2K since XP won't allow access to the account name Administrator. If there is this account that XP says exists, can I get to it and add the same password? How?

This is frustrating since I don't want to go through the hassle of creating a new name on the W2K PC and move all the data to that user just so I can connect.

You need to be logged onto XP with an account which is a member of the
administrators group. Right click My Computer and select Manage. Expand
System Tools/Local Users and Groups. Click on Users, right click
Administrator and select Set password.
