Hi all,
Just wanted to ask a general CF question involving XML.
I have a fully functional error handling module which
does number of different things. I want to be able to use
xml to log a call with the support desk but have not used
it to any extent before. I guess i would like to write an
xml file, or get a row from a table and write that to xml
and then send it through GPRS or by replication depending
on customers setup. Any ideas in the general area of what
other leading companies have done in this area, and
simple guides to XML greatly greatly appreciated.
