XML Problem

I have IE Version 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp-sp2-gdr....

When I try to down load an XML page I get the following error:

The XML page cannot be displayed Cannot view XML input using style sheet.
Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again
later.
Cannot have multiple DOCTYPE declarations. Error processing resource
'http://store.yahoo.com/lib/vw/OrderList2.dtd'. Line ...<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC
"-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">----------^

What is wrong? I don't get this error when I try to download the same file
from other machines. Thanks.

Check this setting - Tools...Internet Options...General tab, Accessibility,
uncheck the box under "User Style Sheet", click Okay.
