xml and xsl in outlook

i received a message with an attached xml file. this xml file search for a
xsl file in a http://xxxx site. Outlook 2003 ( on winxp sp2 ) do not allow me
to open this xml file. if i save the xml file on my desktop and then open it
: no problem.
how can i make this http:// site "OK" for outlook ?

Outlook never opens attachments automatically, regardless of what type of
file it is.

thanks, but : i didn't wait to the file to be opened automatically, i double
click it and it opened the explorer but then said that i have "access denied"
to the xsl file

thanks again, microsoft publish 303487, july 15, 2004 said that it is
impossible to open an xml attachment file within outlook by double click on
it. i found this true in winXP sp2 with outlook 2003 sp1. another computer
running winXP sp1 and outlook XP sp1 open every xml file.
