XCOPY /d causes "Insufficient Memory" error

S

Steve

I tried to use Xcopy /d /s command to copy Folders/Files
to a mapped network drive, the system responded
with "Insufficient Memory", and "0 files copied". When I
remove "/d" and Xcopy /s successfully copied all of the
Folders/Files. Has anyone seen this problem before ?
Please help.
