XCACLS.VBS

I need a copy of XCACLS.VBS. It is mentioned in Q822790 to
solve incompatabilities between xcacls.exe and AD
inheritance. It says to contact MS support but I don't
think I should have to spend $250 for a simple utility.

So, you think you have the god given right to steal it, since in your
definition it is a "simple utility". Any one foolish enough to bootleg you
that copy also becomes part of that theft. Maybe you aren't a thief, but you
are no better than a beggar on the street begging for handouts.

If the product MS put is broken (in the Windows 2000 Reskit) why should we
have to pay for a funtioning tool?

For that matter, if your car was as broken as Windows, wouldn't you sue the
manufacturer or dealer? In the software world we just shell out more cash
for the next version. Insane. I can't wait for the first class action suit.

Do you change your own spark plugs? Do you change your own oil? Do you
walk into the dealership and take/steal the spark plugs or oil because after
100 years the automotive industry should have produced an automobile that
doesn't need them? Silly fallacious analogies can always be countered with
silly fallacious analogies.

The point is he DIDN'T contact MS before coming here begging for a copy. He
did not even ask for assistance. He begged for a copy of a copyrighted tool.
