x700 strangeness

Anyone else seen this? I have an x700 Pro 256MB card. Got it a few
weeks ago. Games seem to play fine (Doom 3, HL2) But using any
utilitites, the core and memory clock speeds are 0. I have tried ATI
Tools and the one that I think was installed in the video control
panel with teh latest Omega beta drivers I am using. This seems
strange. Also, 3DMark2003 will not load, with or without the ATIx800
fix. I love the card, so not a big deal, but seems strange.

Is it a driver issue? Would I be better served with the 4.12 betas?

[First of One]

It is normal for new cards (esp. on a new interface) to lack overclocking
app support for a while. What utilities have you tried? RadClocker/RadLinker
was updated just today. Maybe worth a try.
