x10ufx2.sys

I tried installing catalyst 5.4. trash. Tried installing 5.5. Never did. tried
going back to 3.4 and now it fires up every time asking for this file
x10ufx2.sys.

I've searched my machine, all the CABs on the ATI disk, the XP Pro install
disk, and the SP2 disk. also checked the web there were 3 text links that only
verified the file does exist on some machines in Germany. It's described as
something to do with the remote wonder.

If someone has it, can you send me a copy of the x10ufx2.sys file ?
it's located on those web sites in the windows/system32 folder.
it asks me to install from the install disk from C:\Program Files\ATI
Multimedia\RemCtrl\drivers

I found some similar named files, but they had no effect when I stuck it in the
windows/system32 section.
And what you wanta bet, after I find that file, it'll ask for another that's no
longer on my machine....

Yeah it's for the remote wonder, remote control. I need to get it emailed. ATI
tells me I'm having trouble with my installation.. Follow this link...

Why do people figure restating the obvious that I just mentioned is the
solution ?

Too bad I've already bought the card. Their support has been like this since
day one. Actually no. I had a guy on the phone that walked me thru the install
of the AIW 128. Nothing explained in the docs that you had to modify the OS
boot parms. Since then there's been less than support. Good thing the hardware
sells itself.
