X Close Button

I am forcing my staff to use an EXIT button to close the form and exit the
database. The form's close button property is set to NO, so that they do not
"X" out.
Some of them quite often "X" out by using the Access 'X' button. Is there
any way I can disable the main Access 'X' button?

(My exit button has some codes that are necessary before they close the
database.)
