X axis location

I created a chart with x-axis at the bottom.
How do I make the chart have the x-axis on top instead?

(Y axis can stay on the left side as it is now).

Hi,

I think if you click on the Y axis, go to format axis,
and check the "Value (x)axis crosses at maximum value"
at the bottom, you'll be set.
