WYSIWYG HTML EDITOR not based on IExplorer

Alexander,

This is probably not the right newsgroup when your question is as it is.

However most good WYSIWYG HTML editors are not based on IExplorer.
Most of them have options to set to how far you will go back in
compatibility.
This when it is about real HTML pages, not of course when we start talking
about ASPX or things like that.

I hope this helps?

I think he's talking about editable iframes or divs, which use the IE
editing engine. I haven't seen any free ones about, there's a HTML
editor by Lutz Roeder perhaps: http://www.aisto.com/roeder/dotnet/

otherwise you're looking at commercial components or writing your own
rtf to html / html to rtf editor
