WtoolA.exe

What is WtoolA.exe and WtoolS.exe? My Pc acts like it has
something running in the background. The PC is slow, but
will allow me to open applications. When I'm not on
the "net" my cursor sits there with the hour glass on and
blinks quickly. When I look at the task manager under
processes the WtoolS.exe is there and then gone and comes
back immediately. It seems like when the hour glass blinks
this is the time the WtoolS.exe comes and goes. The
WtoolA.exe stays constantly. When I'm on the "net" I do
not have any problems with the cursor and the PC seems
fine as far as speed. When I'm on the "net" both the
WtoolA.exe and WtoolS.exe processes are there constantly.
I just recently had this start to happen. I'm current with
virus definitions and I scan frequently. Does anyone know
what is happening?

Wtoola.exe and wtools.exe is part of spyware on your
machine. You should download a free copy of Ad-
Aware or Spybot Search and Destroy, scan your system, and
then quarantine what it finds. You can download Ad-Aware
at www.lavasoftusa.com. Be sure and click on Check for
updates before each new day that you scan your system as
new updates are posted often. Repeatedly scan your
system until it finds zero items. If you have questions
or difficulties getting rid of the Spyware, you can get
help through their forums at www.lavasoftsupport.com

I had the same problem, couldn't find a worm or virus
and I jusk kept restoring to an earlier point and finally
after about ten attempts it worked. Couldn't get any
help from Micro Soft even though my computer kept sending
reports.
