WSUS - behavior of Automatic Updates

Hi,
I like to force client of WSUS to install Updates.
In Group Policy Object Editor, I expand Computer Configuration, expand
Administrative Templates, expand Windows Components, and then click Windows
Update.

In the details pane, I double-click Configure Automatic Updates.

The best configuration to force install updates is "Auto download and
schedule the install"?

There are any other option that can help me?
