Someone knows why Excel 2003 can´t justify text in a cell
as excel 97 / 2002 / xp do it.
With wrap text in a cell with justify format option the
last line with only two words put one in the left side
(begining) and the other in the right side (ending) with
an ugly aspect.

I never use the Justify formatting, but I just did some tests using Excel
2002 and Excel 2003. As far as I can tell, these two versions handle text
justifying exactly the same.

Maybe you can post some sample text, along with the column width. Then
others can try to duplicate the results you see.

There is a difference between Office 97 and Office XP and 2003 (Excel) with justify text cell format option .
In Excel 97 - The text justify correctly
In Excel Xp/2003 - It is necessary to insert an unnecesary SPACE character at the end of the text to do a correct Justify text when you insert a empty line with Alt+Return
