wrong email time stamp

We have a computer in the office running Windows 2000 and Outlook 2000. The
time stamp on received emails is different from the clock on the computer.
I have no idea where to begin to fix this problem. Thanks for any help.

The time stamp is put there by the sender and possibly the mail server.
Outlook just reports what it sees.
