Writing to DV tape crashes MM2

When trying to write to DV-Tape, it starts and at abou
70% I get this message

Faulting application moviemk.exe, version 2.0.3312.0,
faulting module ksproxy.ax, version 5.3.0.900, fault
address 0x0000379e.

MM2 crashes.

Happens to me at about 26%, myself..... need to get this
done, too, anyone?
