Writing Styles

I am unable to locate 'Writing Styles' from Tools/Options menu bar. The
only option is 'Grammar' or 'Grammar & Style'. Do I need to download Writing
Style or is there another way?

No, you now have to create your own style by selecting individual options.

Assuming you're using Word 2003, you probably need to go one step further;

Tools>Options>Spelling & Grammar, then click the Settings button. MS has
understandably given up on the set 'Writing Styles' that used to be in
earlier versions due to the fact that those styles are far more *dynamic*
than they used to be. (Rant: Isn't that the purpose a *standard* is supposed
to serve?)

Anyway, you'll find any number of options there so you can establish your
own standards to suit your own style. Just be sure to select Grammar & Style
in order for your preferences to be used.
