wrap text problem

Recently, my computer started not displaying text in a cell when the cell is
formatted to wrap text. Even if I resize the cell to be wider than the
contents of the cell, no information appears in the cell. I can see the cell
contents in the Formula Bar, however. I tried reinstalling Excel and the
problem still exists

Once, by mistake, I made the font color the same as the background color.
Nothing appeared in the cell, but did appear in the formula bar.

Try formatting the cell as General rather than text
Make sure the row is high enough as well as the column wide enough.

Have you found a solution? I am having the same problem and cannot figure it
out?
