WPA/Sysprep problems

I am having problems with WPA and sysprep. I have configured the PC and ran
sysprep for our imaging process, and when the system is re-imaged the
activation ballon keeps popping up. I've tried just about every different way
to run the sysprep, but it will not deactivate the activation process. Anyone
else having a similar issue?
