Worksheet Menu Bar Gone and deleted!

One of my users came to me and told me that somehow he had deleted the
Worksheet Menu Bar from excel. Naturaly I right clicked in his toolbar area,
went to customize and was suprised to find that Worksheet Menu Bar was not on
the list anymore. This is a user that does not work with VBS or anything so
he is not directly coding anything. I have been searching for a way to get
his WMB back, but reseting the toolbars does nothing because it has nothing
to restore. With no menu items to go to, it has become even harder to access
some settings. Does anyone know how I could get back the toolbar short of a
reinstall...?

Have you tried the Reset option once you get to 'customise'

Yeah, I tried that, and it reset the other toolbars, but the Worksheet Menu
Bar was totaly gone from the list still. What I had to do was use Alt-F8 to
bring up the macro tool, then created a macro like Enable_Manu_Bars with
CommandBars("worksheet Menu Bars").Enabled=true and then run it. Set that
macro to false and you can really mess somones day up...

Now the problem I am having is that everytime he clicks into a graph that he
has inserted in excel, his menu bar dissapears. Then when he clicks out of
it, it will be back. Not to big of a deal, but since he wants to print those
graphs to pdf alot, he cant change he default printer with ease.
