Samrod,

You must forgive if I ask redundant and unnecessary questions but some of your
problem report is rather incoherent and incomplete.

What SP level on the XP computers? If SP2, what Windows Firewall settings?

You said 3 w/s and a server? A total of 4 computers?

Please provide ipconfig information for each computer.
Start - Run - "cmd". Type "ipconfig /all >c:\ipconfig.txt" into the command
window - Open c:\ipconfig.txt in Notepad, copy and paste into your next post.
Identify operating system (by name and version) with each ipconfig listing.

Test connectivity and name resolution. From each computer:
1) Ping the other 2 (3?) by name.
2) Ping the other 2 (3?) by ip address.
Report results of each of the 12 (24?) tests, specifying success / error
received.

Cheers,
Chuck
