Workgroup Network connect problems

Q

Quincy

I am running XP Sp.2 and while installing an Ipod nano the option came up to
disconnect network drives. Whithout looking I said yes, now I can't connect
to the workgroup server. I do get internet access but no peer to peer. I can
ping the IP address of the server but that is it. I went in and checked the
network functions in services and found nothing. Is there something else I
can do?

You need to remap to the shared drive/folder.

I can't see the server machine in the network workgroup. It doesn't even
bring up my local machine in the workgroup.
