workgroup info file location

Hi,

I am using User level security for the first time in my database. If my
database files are on a network drive, can i have the workgroup information
file on my local drive? Would that be a better idea to do that? (better
security)

If others plan to use the database, the workgroup file should be in the
shared location as well. If you put a copy on each user's PC, how would you
go in and take away access from someone if they are terminated or their job
changes?

Generally, the workgroup should be in the shared location.
