workgroup domain

I have a single domain setup. If the WinXP client is setup
as a workgroup, the user cannot logon...

98 had seperate workgroups and would let you logon to a
domain...

any comment would be appreciated...

If you are wanting to logon to a Domain in Windows XP you
will need to setup the computer to do so. This can be
done by choosing the domain option in System Properties.
To add a computer to the domain you will need to be a
domain Administrator but once this is setup, your user
will be able to logon to the domain.
