workgroup and domain

i have a domain i just created it since few days in my small network . ther
are only one computer(XP) under this domain and all other computers (98) in
the network are in a workgroup .
my problem is 98 computers can not access this XP computer . they need to
access to use her shared folders .
how can i allow them to access her computer ?.

Assuming you don't have WINS server, have you enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP? this page may help,
